Employment service of Slovenia

Portal for jobseekers enables EU citizens to register with the Employment Service of Slovenia (ESS), apply for unemployment benefit and deregistration from the ESS.

As citizens of EU Member States, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland you have free access to the Slovenian labour market and therefore do not need a work permit. More information

Log In with EU certificate

By clicking Log In with EU certificate you will be redirected to EU resident login for crossborder authentication for EU citizens, so you can log in to your account. After successfully entering your account you will be automatically redirected back to eServices of Employment service of Slovenia.

When you LogIn to our Portal for jobseekers for the first time, you need to read and agree to the General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. Afterwards you will automatically enter our eServices.

Enter Slovenian portal using eMail or SI certificate

By clicking Enter Slovenian portal using eMail or SI certificate you will be redirected to portal for joobseekers in Slovenian language where you can Log In with eMail or digital certificate issued in Slovenia. After successful Registration and Log In you will access eServices of Employment Service of Slovenia in Slovenian language.
